I had to put the pics of me and Ben with the Australian Idols out here one more time. Last week, Wes Carr, singer in Bondi pubs, was voted the 2008 Australian Idol. Check out our pics with Wes and the other Idol finalists! Ben and I had a great time at this charity event with them and then were blown away by our visit to the Australian Idol set to view the live show.

The Sony True Colours Foundation is a charitable organization providing services to youth. Ben’s company assists in sponsoring the Foundation, so we were invited, along with others from his company, to their annual ball. It was a very meaningful evening as throughout the night the speakers mentioned all of the ways the Foundation encourages children. They provide camps for children with disabilities so the children can have fun while their caregivers get a break. They provide singing camps, and much more. Ben and I had a great time preparing for the event (figuring out what we were going to wear) and then getting all dressed up.
And to top it off, we were sitting right next to the last eight Australian Idol finalists. We had so much fun having our picture taken with them!
