Jack and Ella performed their first play today!
When you click on “play” below it will open a different webpage. It will take a few moments to start the show. You will need to select the numbers 1, 2, 3 on the “stage” to see the different pages. When you select page 2, it will take many minutes (based on your internet connection) before you are able to view the video - find something else to do, then select play to watch the video on slide 2, once finished, select number 3.
If you have time, please leave a comment letting us know your thoughts
Enjoy!

Ella fell and hit her head on a bench at the park. It looked worse than it was, Ella wasn’t too phased, but Ben nearly passed out. His little girl getting hurt and all… When Ella got home she positioned all her babies around her.

Jack and Ella LOVE Ms. Jo. She left the childcare center to work somewhere else and so the kids wanted to surprise her with cupcakes. We took the cupcakes over one afternoon and had a good-bye party with all the kids.

Easter shows are huge in Australia. An Easter Show is basically a fair. The Easter Show in Sydney is called the Royal Easter Show and has rides, wood chopping events, animals of all kinds, sport dog events, food, extreme racing/car shows, kid shows…there are so many activities. Ben asked people at work if we should go and the consensus was that the event is one of their favorite childhood memories, so we were off to the show. We actually went on Easter Day after Church. The ticket price included public transportation, so this was a big win in Ben’s book (and mine too, but am a bit more flexible when it comes to these things) - so we did not have to worry about traffic or parking at this big event, we could simply take the train.
Here are our pics (some of them still dressed from church) and some video (of me, Jack and Ella going down a BIG slide):

Ella LOVES to dress up in Jack and Ben’s clothes. Here is a shot of Ella in her Daddy’s shirt. Mind you, she thinks EVERYTHING is HERS so she simply walked in, started taking his shirts off the hangers and put this one on, I buttoned it for the sake of photography.
The last picture in this album has Jack eating a peanut butter sandwich.
