Jack LOVED his Spiderman cake. He wanted the cake to be a surprise, so he did not look at it until it was placed in front of him.

Ella wanted her turn to be Queen of the party. She was such a darling during the party. She was just one of the gang and did not ask for extra attention. I was so proud of her.

Kids Playing School
Oliver and Jemima hung out with us one afternoon. The kids played school in the backyard. Jemima who is the alpha at this stage was the teacher, unless she got tired of standing on a chair in front of the rest of them, and then she would delegate whose turn it was to be teacher. Oliver and Ella love to do their homework, just like the big kids.
Look Mama, I ate it all
My dear, dear Ella. She wakes up in the morning, “I’m un-gre”, she says….yes, she is hungry. This particular morning I gave her an apple and went about my business getting Jack ready for school. Before I knew it, she was saying, “look Mama, I ate it all!”. Too funny, the core and the seeds aren’t a challenge when you are un-gre.

Pink was in town and we were lucky enough to see her again. The seats were awesome thanks to Ben’s friend. No words can describe the show - she is full on the entire time.

Let’s Make a Boat
Ella saw people making boats on a morning preschool show. Oliver came over that afternoon and helped Ella make boats for each of them and then they sailed them in the tub.

Jack & Ella - Skit 2
Many of you have emailed asking when Jack and Ella would next perform. We have not set a date for the next formal skit, but we were able to secretly record a private rehearsal. Jack was in the process of teaching Ella some of his dance moves he has learned at his dance class. The first and last parts of this video are the best bits. Enjoy!
