Ben and I attended the Sony Foundation event with work mates. It was a great event, raised lots of money for the many programs the Sony Foundation supports in Australia. The Australian Idol finalists were there - it was a fun event!

We went to Magnetic Island for a few days in September. The island is right by the Great Barrier Reef. It got its name when Captain Cook sailed by the island and his compass failed. It started the rumor that the island was magnetic!

Jack made a family tree for a class activity. He did a great job and learned alot!
There are a few pics in here of parks where we took pics of the kids. The two of them were being especially kinds and friendly to each other, so we were glad to capture the moments!!

Jack invited Jemima and Daniel to play golf one Sunday. We took a picnic to the park, they played on the equipment and then we went to play putt putt. Ella had a big time running after the big kids.

We miss the Milligans!!! We created such a bond with our friends the Milligans in the few short months we knew each other in Australia. We were able to visit them for a few hours at the Atlanta airport before returning to Sydney. The kids played as if they had just seen each other yesterday!

Jack and Ella both got dressed up big time for Jennifer’s wedding. Jack did a wonderful job carrying the Bible down the aisle. We bought the bible for Jennifer and Chris. The cover is engraved with “The Marley Family” on the front. Ella was a beautiful flower girl

Ella wanted her turn to be Queen of the party. She was such a darling during the party. She was just one of the gang and did not ask for extra attention. I was so proud of her.
